We are a group of like-minded individuals who in the last 20 years have worked in senior roles to deliver the design and construction of many of the world’s major infrastructure projects. Our primary goal in coming together was to create an organisation designed specifically to meet the unique challenges of delivering major infrastructure around the world, one which attracts and retains the best people to take on the challenges of delivering major projects, which supports and motivates those people, and which has the flexibility to respond to and deliver what our clients need quickly, wherever the project happens to be.
Responding directly to these challenges, Ian Hooper conceived of a better, a more efficient business model to support both designers and clients in working together to produce better designs with higher performing teams. Ian Hooper Consulting was formed in early 2009 to specifically meet the needs of major infrastructure clients. Our focus on major infrastructure means our resources and processes are optimised to deliver the highest level of service to our clients, while refusing the compromises inherent in attempting to operate in many different markets.
